This probably won’t come as a surprise to most reading this, but the 2021 Iowa Safe Routes to School Conference will be held online this year. Having recently attended the online Pro Bike, Pro Walk, Pro Place conference presented by the Project for Public Spaces we are confident that Iowa Safe Routes to School can provide a great online learning experience.
In fact, we hope that we can cast a bigger net with more attendees who would not otherwise attended due to barriers such as distance and weather.
While we don’t have all the answers as of yet. We are really excited for the opportunities of an online conference.
